With a long history as a youth camp, it was extensively
upgraded by the provincial government as a professional training
and development centre before it was sold several years
ago to an international college. (I think that's right!)
Anyway, its amenities exceed those of most 'summer camps', while
operating well below the resort price range. It is remote but
accessible, being just two hours from Toronto.
Leadership Centre's isolation means that we can really focus on the
learning and connections for the few days that we are on-site. It
also means that you will probably want to join the rest of us for the six
meals in their dining hall and two night stay.
